 ci(workflows): 🔒 migrate build pallets to mirrored edp.buildth.ing registry 
Replace upstream docker.io/stagex/pallet-* with mirrored images:
- pallet-go → edp.buildth.ing/devfw-cicd/stagex/pallet-go:latest
- pallet-rust → edp.buildth.ing/devfw-cicd/stagex/pallet-rust:latest
- pallet-nodejs → edp.buildth.ing/devfw-cicd/stagex/pallet-nodejs:latest
- core-busybox → sourced from stagex-base:latest (has busybox)

Full supply chain now on project registry. Only remaining
external images: gcc:14-bookworm (cmake-build) and
eclipse-temurin:21-jdk-alpine (maven-build) — no StageX
equivalents available.
